Civil Ceremonies at Stamford Town Hall
Completed in 1779, the beautifully restored Grade II* Listed Georgian Town Hall is in the heart of Stamford, offering a stunning town centre location for your ceremony. The Town Hall is rich in character and original features, offering a unique venue for your ceremony and a stunning backdrop for wedding photographs.
Formally approved as a venue for civil ceremonies, Stamford Town Hall offers an elegant setting for marriages and civil partnerships. To book your ceremony, you will need to contact Lincolnshire County Council to arrange for a Registrar to officiate.
There are a range of stunning rooms available at the Town Hall to host your civil partnership or marriage ceremony, which allow for both larger gatherings and more intimate ceremonies.
The Mayor’s Parlour is available for up to 20 people
The Malcolm Sargent room is available up to 28 people
The historic Court Room is available up to 100 people
